At the sound of the tone, please shoot yourself in the foot

I get dozens of calls per month soliciting my business to advertise with different media outlets.  Most of them feature some sort of “failure to communicate” that pretty much guarantee they won’t be getting a call back.

In your mind, which of these failures is the best way to guarantee they won’t be getting a call back from you?

To me, the all-time worst is when someone spends 5-10 minutes reading me their entire [scripted] pitch, then speeds through the phone number so quickly I can’t understand it!  If I had your phone number, I’d call you so I could get an address where I could send the bill for my wasted time.
